Pre-orders and payment

Pre-orders are placed by email and are confirmed only once paid in full through the Square payment link we send. We do not accept payment on pickup for pre-orders. Lead times: Country sourdough, 2 business days; specialty breads, English muffins and dinner rolls, 1 week; catering, 1 week.

Pickup

Orders are picked up at 71 Underhill Dr. during opening hours on the agreed day. Orders not collected by closing time on the pickup day are forfeited and are not refunded, as our products are made fresh to order.

Catering

Catering trays are priced before HST, which is added at checkout. Companies may request a Square invoice; the order is confirmed once the invoice is paid.

Workshops

A $100 non-refundable deposit reserves a spot. Cancellations more than 7 days before the class may move to another date or receive a refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit. Within 7 days, payments are non-refundable, but you may send someone in your place. If we cancel, you may choose a full refund or a new date.

Our products

Artisan bread is a living product; size, colour, crust and crumb vary slightly from batch to batch. If an item is unavailable because of a production issue, we will contact you and offer a substitute or a credit.

Allergens

All our bread contains wheat. Our kitchen uses wheat, eggs and dairy daily, and tree nuts and other allergens on occasion. We cannot guarantee any product is free of a specific allergen. Customers are responsible for deciding whether a product suits their dietary needs.

Privacy

We use your contact details only to process your order or booking and to reply to you. We do not sell or share your information, except as needed to process payments or as required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
